Thursday Night Indie Spotlight Ep. 50: Divide | PlayStation 4
Thursday night is indie night! This week, I (@piccolo930) fired up developer Exploding Tuba Studios' isometric sci-fi adventure game, Divide. After playing for about an hour or so, I find myself incredibly intrigued with this game. It's not the best looking title and it's got some technical issues -- the game stuttered and hitched up on me throughout the stream -- but there is something magnetic about it. I want to play more and see where it goes from here. The narrative is interesting, and there's clearly more going on here than meets the eye. If Exploding Tuba can clean up some of the technical issues in future patches, they have the potential to have a really strong sci-fi adventure game on their hands. As we stand right now, I'm interested to jump back in and see how everything plays out. Oh, and the soundtrack is incredible. Pick it up on iTunes or Bandcamp if you're into video game music. If you've yet to check out Divide for yourself, take a look at the video below and see what it's all about!
If you have played Divide, let us know what you think about it in the comments below, and be sure to watch the Thursday Night Indie Spotlight live every Thursday at 10pm EST on our Twitch channel!
