It's like foreign exchange students with alien-monster-women-students, although no school seems to be involved. Interspecies Exchange Coordinator, Ms. Smith, arranged for a Lamia (half woman, half snake) to live with host, Mr. Kimihoto Kurusu, for her own reasons. Although Kimihoto didn't ask for a monster girl to live with him, he seems to be enjoying the situation...to a degree.
In this episode, Miia (the Lamia) and Kimihoto go on a date, and Smith warns the two that there are laws regarding relationships between humans and monsters. Most importantly, the two must not have sex.
My life would be hell if a snake woman suddenly started living with me. I mean, I'm married and living with parents and my little brother (long story), so there's already no room. Plus, I think the pet dog would be terrified.
Even if I were single and had a bachelor pad, I wouldn't like this scenario. I don't like snakes. That's not sexy to me at all. In an anime, maybe a snake woman looks fine, but in real life? In real life, it's creepy as hell.
Did I hear someone say, "Anime is life"?
This anime is definitely meant for mature audiences as it contains sexual content, but I'm willing to stick around for more.
