Short Pause Sunday Post
Well, it's been a pretty amazing weekend, as Hannibal started things off with a massive bang with its latest episode ("Yakimono") reaching a whole new level of awesomeness. If you're not watching that show on Friday nights at 10pm EST, you're missing out. On the gaming front, I'm very happy to report that Mercenary Kings received an update this week that fixed some of the more annoying network issues; the game performs much better now. Up until last night, the only thing I knew about one of this weeks releases -Trials Fusion - was that it was the latest game to support the infamous "Resolution Gate" conspiracy. Having watched the launch trailer, I'm rather interested in this game now with its focus on leaderboards and exciting gameplay — the budget $39.99 price tag is appealing as well. However, the big launch this week is Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn, which finally hits the PS4 this Tuesday. My excitement for this game exists only because I know so many of you are excited to play it, so yeah, have fun with that! I'm glad that we have another slower week in terms of the release calendar, as I can continue my quest for the inFAMOUS: Second Son platinum with limited interruption!
